The Opportunity of the Innovation Age

According to Tom Vander Ark, CEO of Getting Smart, the world is living in a new era shaped by two human-made forces: artificial intelligence and global warming.

Vander Ark explains that this new age of innovation is being powered by "code that learns, and is fed by data from billions of mobile devices, sensors and cameras."

He also shares five promising signs that people are living in a new age: a new economy and a new ecology

  2. Recognizing global warming
  3. From quarterly profits to stakeholder value
  4. Half connected
  5. Autonomous delivery.

The five turning points are representative of this new era, where it's time to include new mental models and new ways to share the planet, according to Vander Ark.
