It's that time of year again: time for the annual HerZindagi.com Womenpreneur Awards, which honor the "most significant change-makers in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) sector, who are dedicated to creating a more fair and courage-based business," per the website. This year's theme: "E-commerce is the new frontier, and female entrepreneurship is the new frontier," per a press release. The awards—which will take place in New Delhi on Feb. 16, 2023, per the Times of India—are meant to "recognize female entrepreneurs who have made new opportunities for themselves in the last year via exceptional performance and success," the press release notes. There are as many as 19 categories, ranging from "Student Entrepreneur of the Year" to "E-commerce brand of the Year on business expansion and financial growth" to "Rising Star of the Year" for young women entrepreneurs under the age of 30, the release notes.
