There are so many tech innovations in Ghana but aren't getting the needed investments compared to Nigeria, says a social entrepreneur.
"Beyond their population, there must be a culture in Ghana that allows tech innovations to thrive," Michael Owusu Brobbey tells the Ghana News Agency.
"We have the ability."
Brobbey is the CEO of Klips Global, a social enterprise that launched its mobile app, Klips, that allows users to book appointments with verified barbers, braiders, and makeup artists.
The app, expected to go live in February, is also expected to help inmates in some of the country's orphanages by offering them entrepreneurial skills and opportunities, Brobbey says.
