The W.K. Kellogg Foundation has awarded a $3.1 million grant to the Santa Fe Community Foundation.
The grant will be used to help close health care gaps among poor people and minorites across New Mexico.
According to the president and CEO of the Santa Fe Community Foundation, Brian Byrnes, the first step of the project will be to understand the data on the inequities.
