A new climate-change startup incubator in New Haven, Conn., is trying to make it as easy as possible for scientists and entrepreneurs to work together to fight climate change, the New Haven Register reports.
ClimateHaven has received $100,000 from a local foundation and $100,000 from a Yale University fund to create a space where scientists and entrepreneurs can come together to work on solutions to climate change.
"Climate change is the unique challenge that unites both moral imperative and economic opportunity," says ClimateHaven CEO Ryan Dings.
"ClimateHaven has an incredible opportunity to tap into the deep well of brilliance and entrepreneurial talent that exists at Yale University and in New Haven, and support startups that have the potential to scale globally."
