Last year, more than 600 arts and culture organizations in Washington state received a total of $10 million in funding.
This year, the Paul G.
Allen Family Foundation is going to do it all again.
The Seattle Times reports on the second round of funding, which will come in the form of unrestricted grants of up to $25,000 to groups that produce or support arts and culture in the state.

The average grant size in the first round of funding was $14,909.

"We recognize the broader need to empower these organizations and all that they do for Washingtonians across our state."
