So it was only a matter of time before the speaker for this year's Ginny Clements Breast Cancer Research Institute Symposium at the University of Arizona shared her own story, reports the Arizona Daily Star.
Brinker will speak on "Developing a Continuum of Care Model to Address Healthcare Disparities in Breast and Cervical Cancer: The Promise Fund's Approach."
The symposium is free and open to the public.
