Grant Purpose - Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors provides research and counsel on charitable giving; develops philanthropy programs; and offers complete program, administrative, and management services for foundations and trusts. Over the past decade, Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors served more than 100 clients and facilitated over $850 million in gifts/grants to more than 40 countries. The field of philanthropy has a renewed interest in increasing diversity and inclusion, and a variety of conversations and initiatives are under way. This project has disseminated a field scan identifying resources for supporting and training diverse staff in philanthropy, as well as resources that help organizations more effectively understand and utilize diverse perspectives. This grant increase allows the grantee to increase dissemination of the original report, and to produce and disseminate two additional monographs that address important issues related to diversity in philanthropy.

Rivaayat is an initiative by Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi to revive various dying art form and solve innumerable problems faced by the artisans. Rivaayat began with reviving a 20,000-year-old art form of pottery that is a means of survival for 600 families residing in Uttam Nagar, Delhi.
