Grant Purpose - This grant will provide continued support to the Policy, Leadership & Gender Studies "Dialogue Circles" program at the Gordon Institute of Business Science based at the University of Pretoria. The Centre for Policy, Leadership & Gender Studies was launched to assist in finding solutions to the many challenges that South Africa still faces in overcoming its apartheid past. The "Dialogue Circles" program creates opportunities for interaction and exchange across the different sectors of South African society to explore common solutions to the divides of race, poverty, and gender. Specifically, the program targets current and emerging leaders in business, government, and civil society, providing learning opportunities and the space for them to share perspectives, engage in critical thinking, and explore their roles in improving the current socioeconomic situation in the country.
