Grant Purpose - This grant will enable the YWCA of Greater Flint to hire a management consulting firm to help plan its future course. The organization has worked toward eliminating racism and empowering women in the greater Flint community for over 40 years. Today, however, the YWCA of Greater Flint finds itself at an important crossroads, and to ensure continued success, it will develop a comprehensive plan focusing on its operation, financial, programming, staffing, and building requirements. The management consulting firm will guide the YWCA of Greater Flint through this in-depth and arduous process.
